As Workaholics Anonymous gets pulled out of the oven, Producer Allison Freitas and friends are already prepared for the final stage: distribution.

"Even though this is primarily a festival piece, it's really important that we map out every single distribution avenue," said Allison Freitas. "We started a few months ago by researching every festival in the United States, and we've begun to narrow down a list of the ones we should submit to first. And as we getting moving, we'll also begin to look at the international festivals as well."

Because it is considered the largest and most user-friendly film festival website on the internet, Freitas and the Rab crew utilize Withoutabox.com as their primary tool for research and submission. According to Wikipedia.com, "The Withoutabox website offers filmmakers a platform to search over 3000 film festivals on five continents and to submit their films to over 850 film festivals worldwide, including...Sundance and the Toronto International Film Festival."

Freitas explained, "It's a great way to gather information and figure out exactly what festivals will be a good fit for a project. And more and more festivals are offering electronic submissions of films through Withoutabox. So it's fast, easy, and it's green!"

In addition to festival distribution, Freitas hinted at plans for a handful of screenings in the coming months. "We want to get our festival run moving forward first, but we do have some other great ideas for screening the film." Keep checking allworkaholics.com for updates!
