It's a Wrap!

...and out from the ground erupt mummies who overtake their captors and create chaos!

No, that's not the premise for the newest Hollywood blockbuster thriller, but for upcoming hip-hop sensation Rega's latest music video, "Wrap MC's." Taking a truly unique perspective on the music industry, artist Rega and Director Robert Bartolome have developed a highly conceptual video that fuses the horror genre with strong political and social commentaries.

“[Rega] and his management approached me with a proposal for the video,” said Bartolome, “and it really showed a lot of well-crafted thought, even in the beginning stages."

Rega was quick to comment on the careful planning that went into the production. “We really took our time to produce this video ‘cause we wanted to make sure it made the statement it has the potential to make. Wrap MC’s is a curveball thrown at the music industry that will definitely get the attention it deserves.”

Angles star Elvis “Dela” Cruz is also contributes a verse to the song, and will appear throughout the video.

Production wrapped last Sunday (in so many ways), and is set for release in October.
